1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is incorrect, expired, or explicitly marked as returnable.
• Products that have been opened or used are NOT eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
• Customers must request a return within 6-12 hours of delivery.
• Chainsmoker.in will cover the return shipping cost if the return request is approved.
