  1. Order Cancellation by Customer
    • Once an order is successfully placed on Chain Smoker, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer.
    • This policy exists because smoking-related products are sensitive in nature and cannot be restocked or resold once allocated.
    • Please review your order carefully before checkout to avoid any mistakes.

  1. Order Cancellation by Chain Smoker

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion in the following cases:
• Product out of stock or discontinued.
• Payment/verification issues (including failed COD advances).
• Delivery address falls under restricted areas (hostels, schools, government-restricted zones, etc.).
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or bulk orders placed for resale.

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified, and any advance or online payment made will be refunded.

  1. Refunds
    • Refunds are initiated only if:
    • The order is canceled by Chain Smoker.
    • A product is unavailable or discontinued.
    • You receive a damaged/incorrect item (subject to verification).
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
    • For UPI transactions, refunds reflect instantly in most cases, but banks may take additional time.

  1. Advance Payments for COD Orders
    • For COD orders above ₹500, a 10% advance is mandatory.
    • For COD orders above ₹4000, a 50% advance is mandatory.
    • If the advance is not received within 24 hours of order placement, the order will be canceled automatically.
    • Advance payments are non-refundable in case of customer no-show, refusal to accept delivery, or fake COD attempts.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Proof in the form of unboxing video/photo is mandatory for claim verification.
    • Upon validation, we will either:
    • Replace the product (if stock is available), or
    • Refund the amount paid.
    • Claims raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  1. No Return Policy
    • Due to the nature of smoking products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
    • This is to ensure hygiene, authenticity, and compliance with smoking regulations.
    • Exceptions apply only for defective or wrong items as mentioned in Section 5.

  1. Refund & Cancellation Timelines
    • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
    • Cancellations by Chain Smoker: Notified within 24–48 hours of order placement.
    • Damaged/Incorrect Product Claims: Resolution within 3–5 working days post-verification.

    • Chain Smoker reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
    • Any updates will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date.
    • Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
