2. Order & Delivery

• We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment methods.
• We deliver only to eligible locations. We DO NOT deliver to hostels, schools, colleges, government-restricted areas, or any other locations where smoking product sales are restricted.
• If a product is out of stock after placing an order, we will contact the customer to offer alternatives. If the customer refuses, the order will be canceled.
